電渦流測（cè）功機（jī）主要加載範疇

　　電渦流測功機是目前國內先進的加載（zǎi）測功設備，主要用來測量各（gè）種動力裝置的機械性能。DW及DWD係（xì）列主要由旋轉部分(感應盤)、擺動部分(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力部分和校正部分組成。

　　勵磁繞組通電後，產生一個閉合磁通。當感應盤(齒狀)旋（xuán）轉時，氣隙磁密（mì）隨之發生周期性變（biàn）化，感應出渦流，由於“渦流”和磁場的耦（ǒu）合作用，在轉子上產生（shēng）製動力矩，而在電樞體上則產生與拖動力矩相同的轉（zhuǎn）矩，並經裝在（zài）電樞體（tǐ）四氟上的力傳感器檢測出來，從而達到測試扭矩的目的。 在轉（zhuǎn）速測量上，采用非接觸（chù）式的磁電（diàn）式轉速傳感器，將轉（zhuǎn）速信（xìn）號轉換成電信號輸出。

　　本機適用於中（zhōng）、小型功率電機、汽（qì）車、內燃機、燃氣輪（lún）機、水輪機、工程機（jī）械、林業、礦山、石油鑽采等機械（xiè）的性能試驗，也可作為其它動力設備的吸（xī）功裝置消聲設備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant.
